We ask you to provide us with the complete docment to be translated as MS Word or PDF file, preferably in a ZIP file for large volumes. If your text is not digitally available, we accept it of course per fax or postal mail. Documents requiring certification need to be submitted to the translator in the original version, we recommend mailing them by registred letter.

Once your complete documents have been received, they are assigned to the best qualified translator who will translate them with the greatest possible care and accuracy. The completed translation undergoes a quality check and will then be delivered to you by any appropriate means: e-mail, standard mail, fax or as CD-ROM.
